Customer satisfaction is our top priority and impeccable service is our top priority. In Germany, the EGS company with its 150 service stations takes care of our "emergencies". To ensure that this also works smoothly abroad, Gastro-Cool relies on an international partner network that guarantees fast and reliable support for all technical questions. If a customer comes from a country in which Gastro-Cool does not have a contractual partner, we will organize this service. In order to be able to help you quickly and competently with technical questions, we have provided all refrigerators with service stickers so that the dealer or innkeeper can contact us or the responsible customer service partner directly. 

Should further support be required, customers can count on Gastro-Cool for support. All you need to do is fill out a customer service order and we will get in touch with you shortly. You can also obtain spare parts to solve technical problems via the customer service order, which you can fill out online if necessary.

Warranty Policy

Products produced by Gastro-Cool are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited warranty period.

  1. All warranty requests must be made through our online form. All others, phone, text, email will be declined. 
  2. Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred.
  3. Installation, support and usage explanation expenses are not covered by any warranty. Therefore the customer is totally responsible for them.
  4. Warranty is only valid in the country the products has been shipped to or in case of own transport, Germany. 

Warranty Void

  1. The customer does not present a copy of the purchase invoice.
  2.  The warranty period has expired.
  3. The serial numbers have been changed or removed from the product.
  4. Non-authorized modifications to the products specifications.
  5. Damage to the product caused by improper operation or use, by not following user manual instructions or defects caused by external sources, impact, paint cosmetic damage in general, scratches, fissures, evidence of residues of water, sweat or food inside the unit.
  6. Damage to the product caused by installation, repairs or reinstallation by non authorized personnel or service centers.
  7.  Damage to the product caused by shipping or transportation.
  8.  Damage to the product caused by loss or accident such as fire, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, water, sand insects or similar.
  9. Damage to the product caused by forces of nature such as earthquakes, floods, electric storms, etc.
  10. Altered or modified products
Furthermore, own branding is not covered if the product can't be repaired. If the branding has been done by Gastro-Cool, this will be included in the warranty.
